Several neighbors of my subdivisions and I have gone through this business after hearing high recommendations about them. Rusty really took care of me, holding a high quality to his companies workmanship and my satisfaction. Honestly this company is by far the most trustworthy my neighbors and I have encountered.(2 had a bad experience with Beal and American Dreams home improvement) So 9.8 out of 10 and will definitely recommend them. Heck, about a week after they finished my roof and been paid, Rusty called to check-in. He just wanted to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. A quality lost in today’s society where the customer should always come first! Rest assured your home will be good hands.

I am writing this unsolicited letter of recommendation for Altmann Roofing in ******* ********* *****. I have worked with ****** ***** *** ***** for the past 6 months. After purchasing and moving into our 9 year old home, I discovered the existing shingles had a manufacturer’s defect and that a warranty transfer and claim needed to be submitted, and the shingles needed to be removed and replaced. I didn’t know what to do or who to call. After some thought, I called Altmann Roofing for a no obligation roof inspection and told them about my situation. They arrived with pen, paper, cameras and Apple iPods. They informed me about the process of filing a manufacturer’s defect warranty claim (and it is not simple) and they handled the entire warranty claim process from beginning to end. What a blessing! In my dealings with Rusty, Alex, Becky, and Chad’s detail-oriented work crew, they have always displayed the highest level of professionalism, integrity, quality, and ethics. They not only met my expectations, but they exceeded them!
